Irish Debate (Last week)

The girls took out a very tight debate win in the Room 5 Irish debate last week.

The moot was "Guns should be made legal for all ages to carry and every 13 year old should get on on their 13th birthday".

Well done ladies on expressing their affirmative point of view.

Election 2014

Room 5 is staging their own election linking in with all the democratic action taking place in the community. We have created our own parties and platform to campaign on. Stay tuned for the political broadcasts. Some great language used!

60 Second Macbeth

We have been studying the 'Scottish play' this term. As part of the assessment tasks for this the students were asked to show their understanding of the key events of the play by performing a retelling or a scene from Macbeth in 60 seconds…not easy at all!
